Joe is an Assistant Psychologist on the Mental Health & Wellness Team. He has an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Bath, and a BSc in Psychology from Dublin City University. Joe has a background in clinical mental health, with experience in the UK and Ireland. He is hugely passionate about physical and mental health promotion, and believes they go hand in hand. Joe has a specific interest in the psychology of habit change, workplace health, nutritional psychology and the link between mental and physical health conditions. In his personal life, he is an All-Ireland winner with Lansdowne Rugby club, and is a passionate musician.
