Course Description

Designed to help & support parents & guardians as role models for children, this edition of Ignite aims to show that adopting small changes to food habits & physical activity can have a big impact & lead to a healthier lifestyle for your children.

Our dietitian Michelle Loughlin will offer parents practical advice and support in trying to make little changes to their diet and physical activity, from avoiding sugary drinks to spending more time being active and away from the TV!

Michelle Loughlin

Michelle is an Irish Registered Dietitian with CORU and a member of INDI. She studied Dietetics at the University of Ulster Coleraine and graduated with a 1st class honors degree. She has 8 years’ experience working in the field of Nutrition. Her passion is health promotion and nutrition education. She has educated >100,000 people globally about nutrition. Michelle believes that anyone can improve their health with the correct guidance and advice. Personally, she is an avid cyclist and loves living an active, healthy lifestyle but she also believes in balance. Good Nutrition is not about perfection.
